- Pet Screening: Every pet applicant will have a pet done via petscreening.com. This ensures we’re familiar with your pet’s behavior and history before we make a decision.
- Approval: Not to ruffle any feathers, but please be aware that the acceptance of a pet is at our discretion. We review each pet application with the care and attention it deserves to ensure harmony at The Elinor on Elam.
- Breed and Size: We adore dogs and cats of many shapes and sizes, but some restrictions do apply. Details will be provided during the screening process.
- Pet Etiquette: All pet parents must adhere to community guidelines regarding pet etiquette to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for everyone.
